For best performance Internet Explorer 7.0 is recommended, and a minimum screen resolution of 800 by 600.

If you are not prompted with a logon screen then you need to check for Pop-up Blockers in Internet Explorer under Tools--> Pop-up Blocker or

Check for toolbars that include pop-up blocker such as: Google or Yahoo

Or check the settings on your antivirus or anti-spyware product to allow pop-ups to "ted.tnbaptist.org"
